Hi everyone:
I have a braille note, with keysoft version 6.1...its the braile layout keyboard, not the qwerty one...anyway, I'm having some difficulty with the day planner. I'm attempting organization...though we'll see how far I get with that one ha ha. Anyway, in the manual [user guide] it says that each appointment should start on a new line, but it doesn't. I could have my 9:00 and 10:00 apts. all on the same line...and that's annoying. I want all my appointment times to be on the left, at the beginning of the next line...how can I do this?
This is also happening within my word documents as well. If I'm making a list of...say, answers to ten test questions [not that I'd ever be allowed to do a university test on my note, ha!) and they were all multiple choice. even if I press "enter" after answering the first question, when reading it later, it won't show it as though I'd moved to the next line...instead, there'll just be this weirdass symbol...its quite annoying, actually, as my work (and planner!) look rather disorganized...any suggestions? I've exhausted my msn contact list already...
Thanks in advance!!

You probably have the Braille display mode set wrong. All my appointments are on separate lines. You need to set your Braille display mode to Editing instead of Reading.
And how do I do that? where is the option to switch the modes located?
Thanks.

Try this:
1. press space with o to go to the options menu.
2. Press b for braille display options.
3. press space until you see "show new lines in reading mode as linear braille format".
4. Press b .
5. Press enter.
6. Exit out.
Now, you'll see two spaces before the beginning of the line and you should see stuff separated by lines.
PM me if that doesn't work.
